A Personal Encounter with the Supernatural A Ghost Story of Life, Death, and Premonitions

On the 19th of November 2019, I received a phone call from my mother that shattered my world. My grandfather had just passed away, and I was overcome with grief. As I sat next to his shrouded body during the wake, a strange occurrence took place that left me questioning my reality.

As per tradition, candles were lit to illuminate the path for the deceased. However, as I sat there, a gust of wind formed in the room, causing the candles to flicker wildly. I assumed that a window or door had been left open, but to my surprise, both were tightly shut. I heard strange noises emanating from the direction of my grandfather’s coffin, and I felt a sense of unease wash over me.

The next day, I shared my experience with my mother, who suggested that the wind was caused by my grandfather’s ghost. From that moment on, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my grandfather was watching over me.

Fast forward to January 2022, when I had an encounter with my ex-girlfriend’s father. During a video call, I noticed a black cloud on his forehead. I dismissed it as a figment of my imagination, but a week later, he was admitted to the hospital with little chance of survival. He had been patrolling a construction site without a helmet when he was struck by a falling object.

Despite my urging, my ex-girlfriend refused to consult a psychic about any potential ghostly attachments. Unfortunately, less than a month later, her father passed away, and our relationship ended soon after.

I’ve always been interested in divination and reading faces, but I never thought that I had any special ability. However, my experiences with my grandfather and my ex-girlfriend’s father have left me wondering if I possess a haunting ability that allows me to know when someone is near death.

As I continue to grapple with my newfound ability, I can’t help but wonder what other strange encounters await me in the future.
